SOFTWARE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRETo provide local and indigenous solutions to the local problems with Global Knowledge and expertise. Our applied research shows how such discoveries can be utilized and transferred to the marketplace, putting new knowledge to work for the benefit of society through technology transfer. The originality and commercial potential of R&D at ChinTech has provided new insights and solutions to local problems of business, industry, and the community.

A Software Research and Development Centre (SRDC) has been started under ChinTech. SRDC is engaged in working on latest and upcoming technologies and tools. SRDC also provides training, consultancy and service in areas of computer software and hardware. Activities are classified in the following categories:
i) Software Research and Development: Here we've setup a full-fledged software development, testing and delivery center. (1) To Work on Software Engineering and develop/ configure tool for ensuring productivity of human resources and quality of software. (2) To serve software requirement of Local Industry (3) To undertake outsourced/ turn key projects from the Main stream IT industry. (4) Software products development to find solutions for indigenous problems. ii) Consultancy:To provide software and hardware consultancy to educational institutions/ Industry. iii) Training(1) Software: Short term Courses on Java, C/C++, Linux, Office suit and Linux Certification (2) Computer Hardware and Networking, Certification. For details on the short-term courses click here: iv) Entrepreneurship Development ProgramThe ChinTech Entrepreneurship Development Program was introduced to assist faculty, staff and students in the establishment of technology-based start-up companies. It is the policy of the Institute to promote such activities for the benefit of the Indian economy and society. |
